Identifies sites within search areas that meet the Client's criteria and provides preliminary acquisition, zoning, and permitting analysis as well as establishing time lines for completion.

Provides sufficient information on all available sites which meet engineering specifications within the Client's predetermined RF Propagation plan. This information enables our Client's to readily determine the viability of deploying a seamless wireless system.

Provides information to our Clients as to the feasibility of securing specific sites, the cost associated in developing each site as well as a thorough constructability review to ensure that the site candidate is developable.

Negotiates Leases, Options and/or Purchase Agreements with potential landlords/property owners, in order to provide our Clients with the most cost effective site to develop from both an acquisition and development perspective.

Coordinates and assists Client's Legal Staff in the preparation of lease/option/purchase agreements. Evaluates and reviews with Client's Legal Staff, Title Policy and/or Ownership and Encumbrance information for all client approved sites.

Addresses the overall cost-effectiveness of every prospective site. Our thorough awareness of local land development codes, potential construction difficulties, and other environmental factors are primary benefits to Clients using our licensed real estate unit. After all, a LEASE is only worthwhile if a site is BUILDABLE.
