Since 1984, The Lotterman Companies have been helping telecommunications operators develop network facilities. Wireless operators have implemented installations faster, better and more economically than their competitors by taking advantage of  Lotterman's leadership and expertise.

In 1984, Lotterman served as owner's representative for FCTC, a Washington Post Company (predecessor to AT&T Wireless Services).  Lotterman played a key role in the site location, design, and construction of one of the nation’s first non-wireline cellular telephone systems. From that early effort, the Lotterman team has gained unprecedented experience throughout the nation working with local governments, property owners, community groups and other wireless industry leaders to build superior network facilities. The Lotterman Companies have worked closely with numerous municipalities to create new zoning codes that respect the needs of property owners and wireless carriers.  

Lotterman is proud of its uninterrupted, years' long relationships with several wireless carriers, and Lotterman is particularly proud  to have served continuously as a vendor for AT&T Wireless Services and its predecessors since 1984.
