The Lotterman Companies have engineered, designed and built hundreds of facilities since 1984.  Our professionals are accountable to strict deadlines and high standards.

From site evaluation through preparation of permit drawings our team of design professionals have a long history of "fast-track" production.  Emphasis is placed on preparation of drawings which result in a minimum of difficulties during the approval/permitting process.

Our well organized records/data base, long-term client relationships, and knowledge of existing landlord sensitivities have allowed Lotterman to update and modify existing facilities in a smooth and economic manner.
