Lawrence Lotterman founded the organization in 1973, as a General Contracting firm specializing as Owners' Representatives and  Construction Managers/Consultants for developers and lending institutions throughout the United States .

The Company has more than 30 years of experience offering services to Fortune 500 companies, governments and other national and international clients.  The Lotterman group has distinguished itself by taking charge of traditional contracting projects, as well as diverse assignments such as site acquisition, land use/regulatory issues, contract negotiations, permitting, document control, and other owners' representation activities.

Our business has been built to maximize the goals of the client. Each phase of every project is planned according to the client's bottom line objectives. We deliver our work on time and on budget by continually analyzing all activities as they affect the desired end result. We are proud of our ability to offer common sense solutions to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of the clients project.

We have spearheaded projects in North America, South America, and the Caribbean.  Our South Florida headquarters, located at the gateway to Latin America, uniquely positions the Company to command international projects.
