One of the keys to our success in the zoning arena is based on our detailed analysis of zoning codes in order to determine the most expeditious path toward municipal approval.  We strive to provide this input prior to the production of A/E drawings, which ultimately results in their approval the “first time around”.  Quite often our unique methodology has allowed us to obtain municipal approvals through “administrative review” while others have pursued the time consuming route of “public hearings”.
